Exciting things are always happening within CisternYard Media! Those students who choose to devote time to CisternYard Media can develop skills in a number of areas, including:

computer graphics
photography and videography
graphic design
news writing
feature writing
radio and television technology
budget management
advertising
media relations
FCC regulations and SPJ Code of Ethics

Staff members also gain experience and training from local professionals while exploring different career options in media.

Participants work to improve college and community relations and develop a lifetime commitment to public service.
